Post Drilled Anchor for Fall Arrest, Work Restraint & Work Positioning Systems.
Post-installed anchors are often used to support connect Work Restraint and Fall Arrest components and systems to concrete structures.
They consist of a Steel Connector that’s shaped for anchoring to concrete and holding Karabiners that are attached to Lanyards or Horizontal Lifelines.
These connectors are compliant to EN 795 which means that they have been load tested to 12kN in all directions.
This is anchored into concrete using a mechanical expansion anchor that is capable of withstanding the required loadings.
Expansion anchors rely on friction si it’s important to load test these anchors before a Personal Fall Protection System is connected to them.
We stock these Anchors in two part versions plus the Coeur Pulse one part anchor which is reusable and doesn’t leave a sacrificial thread embedded in the concrete.
