We don’t believe the skills required to safely work at height on a construction project can be delivered online or in a classroom.

There isn’t a one-size fits all solution for keeping construction workers safe from falls from height and its easy to assume that every project is constructed in the same way so we listen to our clients requirements, we ask them to describe their work methods, if there have been accidents or near misses or if there are any parts of the project that cause greater concern than others.
Would your employees know they have a legal duty to report potential risks, do they understand the Work at Height hierarchy or how to wear a Safety Harness correctly ?
